Navigating your breakup with clarity, direction, and emotional safety.
Breakup is a life transition, an emotional roller coaster. It's more than normal to feel overwhelm. That’s why I designed my coaching like a car ride with GPS: You’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m your guide beside you. Here's how we journey together.
1. Set the Destination
We begin by identifying where you want to go. This isn’t always clear in the beginning – and that’s okay. Together, we define your personal goal, whether it’s emotional healing, a confident restart, or clear decision-making.
2. Explore Route Options
Just like on a road trip, there’s more than one way to reach your destination. We look at your options – emotionally, practically, and logistically – and choose the path that fits you best.
3. Commit to the Route
Once your route is set, we define short- and mid-term goals to keep you focused. This gives you clarity, structure, and momentum.
4. Stay on Track
Life throws detours – emotional setbacks, external stress, or moments of doubt. I help you stay on track, make adjustments when needed, and avoid old patterns.
5. Reach, Adjust, or Recalculate
Sometimes, you reach your goal directly. Other times, we pause and reassess. Coaching offers a space to reflect and decide: Keep going, adjust the goal, or take a new turn.
6. Reflect & Integrate
Once you arrive, we look back: What changed? What have you learned? What tools do you now carry forward? This final step helps you not just arrive – but grow.
